Feeling better

Thanks to everyone for their kind wishes yesterday - I feel much better now. I stayed in my bed all day until mum got home from work, then I made her sit on the couch and I sat in her lap for a couple of hours. Later that night mum said she knew I was feeling better because I did Huffle zoomies around the house. I didn't get to eat much dinner though because that poo-face Salvador ate most of it.

But, last night I was sleeping on the bed between mum and dad, and dad squished me! Mum was complaining about him taking up too much space too. Honestly, what's an explorer cat to do? I went and slept in my Huffle bed where no-one can roll on me. Much safer that way.

Here's a picture of me outside in the backyard from the weekend. Dad has these wooden horse things (they don't look anything like horses to me so I don't know what he's talking about) which I like to sit on.

Huffle,

Be careful! Those humans cannot be trusted in the bed. You look very well balanced on your horse!

That stupid dog returned today.

aaaww sorry to hear you have been off colour cutie and very relieved to hear you are feeling better!!
Mum has the article from the paper and promises me that she will scan it in when she gets time (though that could mean anything right now!!)
Why do humans get so busy!! Honestly, she needs a chill pill!!

missed you!

I'm so glad you're feeling better! That stinks about your dad squishing you. I don't get to sleep in the bed anymore because back before the furry beasts arrived, I used to attack my mom's face in the night. So I lost bedroom privileges. Who cares! I would rather do my own thing!

Wow! I never knew kit-cats could ride horses! You look so lovely up there and TOTALLY in control!
I'd love to do zoomies with you - wouldn't that be fun?

We're very happy you feel better, Huffle. Nice photo! Our dad has those fake wooden horse things, too. We agree with you, they don't look much like real horses (we've seen real ones racing down the each!)
