Recovery
I think that elite sportspeople get to spend Monday recovering from their big games on the weekend. I had a big weekend with all my grandparents visiting me on Saturday. As I mentioned yesterday, no grandparent brought me a present which is totally unacceptable. I will be having mum issue them with notices about not visiting again unless they bring me presents. That should work, right?

This recovery could take some time.

Sundays with Huffle Mawson
Dad says he can see another one of my whiskers slowly turning white. So from now on, I am only going to be photographed from the left, so nocat and nodog can see it.
My grandparents - both sets! - were here last night. I would like to say that no grandparent bought Huffle a present.
Hmpf.

Disaster of EPIC proportions
I have just found out that in two weeks, my mum and dad are going away on holidays and leaving me alone for ONE WHOLE MONTH! How can they do this to me?
Oh sure, Uncle Heath is coming to stay with me and look after me while they're gone, but he doesn't know how to help me blog. What if he forgets to buy me ham? Does he know about the red dot game? Will he remember the bedtime routine?
And I hope mum and dad have told him the rules of this house!
Rule #1: Huffle is in charge.
Rule #2: see Rule #1.
This is terrible. What am I going to do?

Finally Friday
When it's been raining like it has the past few days, you have to take advantage of every little bit of sun that you can. So when the sun came out yesterday for a bit I rushed outside to my deck to soak up some rays. I hope the weekend is sunny! I'm beginning to feel waterlogged.

Thursday on the balcony
Does it look like I'm in jail? I'm not really; I'm just sitting out on my balcony looking at the neighbours. No-one has waved to me yet.

Monday Musings
It has been pouring with rain for DAYS now and I am so bored! I have to take a lot of naps to get over the boredom.
Napping helps. Really.

Sunday Awards
The very wonderful Cliff and Olivia gave me this award last week and I've been a bit slow in thanking them because of the Cat-O-Lympics. So thank you kitties!
The rules are very simple for this one. I have to mention who gave me the award, and then share it with some friends.
I am going to share this with every cat and every dog who entered the Competitive Napping event last week. I hope you're all still visiting because it might take me a while to get around to you all and let you know :)

Brand new blogging friends
I'd like to introduce you to my new friends Calypso and Zazou. They have not been blogging very long and don't have a lot of buddies yet so if you could all drop over and say hello, I would be very happy.
Calypso is the calico and Zazou is black like me!

Fun on Fridays with Huffle Mawson
Today I decided not to co-operate with the flashy beast. I moved right at the last second for this photo which is why it's a little bit fuzzy. Ha!

Thursday on the balcony
Here I am waving at the neighbours. Sometimes I think they're very surprised to see a black kitty up on the balcony saying hello to them!

Recovering
After all the excitement of the Cat-O-Lympics, I've had to take some serious naps myself. As you can see here.
