Ever since we moved house a month ago, it has felt like we are on holidays. Mum has not been at work full time, dad keeps having naps in the afternoon (which I TOTALLY approve of) and there was the excitement of Christmas and New Year, and my birthday.
Now that January has started, I think things will get back to normal. At least, I hope so.
All this excitement can be very tiring for a black cat.

We're with you on that. Although we had a great time during the holidays, we are glad to be back to a normal schedule around here too. Have a great day.
pawhugs, Max
Yes, excitement does interfere with cat napping schedules. Good to get back to normal.
Holidays are great for getting lots of Bean time. Afternoon naps with dad are even better.
All things considered, Huffle, I think you've managed brilliantly. Srsly.
Sounds like you are living the good life Miss H. We hope you are all settling into the new house.

Huffle, you look ready for the weekend!
Yes, disruption to one's schedule can be exciting, but also annoying when it continues too long. Here's to "normalcy" and a regular routine!
Just make sure that the treat schedule doesn't change!
Huffle, we have our Dad here all day every day now - he is really good at sneaking us treats. Have a good rest.
Woos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
You are right, Huffle - a little excitement is fun, but too much of it is like having cat treats for every meal.
Wait a minute - I think I would LIKE cat treats at every meal!
Absolutely! Yes, we sent her back to seeking green papers. Now we can nap...

Whew! That is alot of excitement. Nappin is the best way to recuperate from the move and holly-daze. We luf your yellow necklace, Miss Huffle. xoxo

Oh yeah...we're cats...we like routine. We hope you get your routine back, Huffle.
Sometimes it is necessary to have a holiday to recover from the holiday!
Sure it is great to have things back to normal, right?
Happy Friday!

It is hard when things change! I hate change! Hope you are getting used to the new home!
You look awful comfertabuls there, Huffle.

What a fun time you have been having. All these amazing and exciting things happening at the same time. Its nice to get things back to normal though and catch up on some well deserved naps. Have a fun weekend :)xx
I love the idea of naps. It has been similar here cos Vicki had this week off too.....

Mom's around pretty much all the time. She either bugs me when I nappie or makes a good bed. I like the second thing.
Maybe you should come to Kansas for a holiday, Huffs! Leave behind all the hustle and bustle. And Teddy.
Think about it!
Play bows,
Zim
I think extra naps with Dad should be a permanent part of your weekly schedule. Happy Friday, beautiful Huffle! Hugs to you and Teddy!
Miss Huffle! I may be a little jealous of your Daddy...
Love, CC xx
We love naps too. Move over and we'll come and join you?
Our schedule went back to normal this week with the humans going off to their busyness - which was good so we could catch up on our naps.
Sounds like yoo need a long power-nap! xx

hey Huffle Mawson,
I hear you! Change plus holidays at the same time equals very exhausting! Hopefully your sunbeam naps will rejuvenate you! If not, I am sure Teddy's silly antics will get you back on your paws!

I will have an award for you on my blog tomorrow - come and check it out!
Tiring indeed, Huffle! At least you've been getting lots of time with your Mum and Dad! :)
Hi Huffle:
Thanks for your inquiry as to where we have been! I answered your note our blog and here is what it says:
Hi HuffleCat!
We are OK but a couple of months ago someone hijacked our blog and what with the holidays and all, we didn't want to start all over again. So we are going to come back all new!
Ann of Zoolatry is the force behind the new blog and I am not sure we would have done it at all without her!
Watch for us, Huffle, and it will be good to talk with you again, Often!
Cheers and hugs,
Jo, Stella and Zkhat
