A Great Collection

I have been very generously given several awards this week!

My friends the Army of Four gave me the Kreative Blogger Award! Thanks so much everypup! I try very hard to be creative but sometimes it's hard when you're just a black cat like me.
I was given the International Bloggers Award by my friend Derby, and my new friends Slash and Bronzy. They are two cool kitties who live in my hometown! Bronzy has been unwell after her spaying so maybe you could drop in and say hello to her?

And finally, the very gorjuss Milo and Alfie Marshall shared this award with me! Isn't it so very cute? We love pandas in my house!
Thank you to every pup and kitty who has been kind enough to share things with me this week! I know there are usually rules attached to these things but it's Sunday so I'm being lazy. Although, every pup and kitty who comments today should definitely take the "You Don't Say" award.

The rest of the Other Things

These are the final entries I received in the Happy Hearts Competition. I would like to thank every single pup and kitty who entered, I wish I could have sent cookies to all of you!

Dr Steve said: I think Happy Hearts will help me to cure all pups of medical problems... if I don't eat them all first.

By the way, have you seen the medical practice Dr Steve has established? If you have any problems, write to him and he will prescribe something for you. He is ably assisted by Nurse Kat.

Nurse Kat said: I think Happy Hearts will help me stay happy, healthy, and beawootiful. They have lots of good stuff for my tummy.

Biloxi
said: I think Happy Hearts cookies will help me to build da muscle I need to make my hip and leg strong from my surgery.

And finally, my very good friend Wilbur said: I think Happy Hearts will help me to rule the furry beasts completely. I have witnessed that they do anything for a Happy Hearts cookie.

Finally Friday!

It's finally Friday here and if it was going to be a nice day I'd be able to sit out on my balcony like this, but the weather this week has been cold and wet and I am sick of it! I can't even sit in my parsley pot because it's full of mud! I wish summer would come back.

Play time

This is one of the toys I got in my package from Addie and Lucie a while back. He is tied to a long string so dad attached him to the stair handrail for me.
I like to grab him with my paws and smack him around.
Then sometimes I bite him. He likes it, really!

On the couch

The other day I showed you a picture of me jumping from the table where the computer is to the couch. This is me now sitting on the back of the couch, snoopervising mum doing my blogging. I have to dictate my posts to her. See Polie in the background there? After I sacked him as my bodyguard, he took up this position on the couch and hasn't moved since. I don't know where he goes to eat! I sure hope he doesn't use my litter box.

Ultimate Toasty

Pups and kitties, do you see what is going on here? The portable radiator has finally come out and now I have extra toasty! I immediately took up the prime position on the couch to take full advantage of the toasty.
This is me glaring at mum, because she is interrupting my toasty session. I hope she takes that flashy beast away soon.

Snoozing Sunday

It's getting colder here, so on the weekends mum and I stay in bed later and drink coffee. Dad gets up and makes the coffee and then reads the news on his computer, telling us the important stories. Mum reads our emails on the iPhone. It's a good way to start the day! Also: this weekend is a long weekend so we get an extra morning in bed tomorrow!

Tagged

My lovely floofy friend Cheyenne Millie tagged me last week to play this game. The rules are:

* Tag and link back to the person who tagged you.
* List 6 (un)important things that make you happy.
* Tag 6 bloggers and let them know they’re “it”.

So six things that make me happy are...
  1. Ham. I love ham.
  2. My kitty wubba that Zim sent me. I love to play with it at 3am.
  3. Being toasty. 'Nuff said.
  4. Having mum at home so I can sit on her lap.
  5. Having dad at home so I can annoy him and beg for food. He always gives in.
  6. Sleeping. I LOVE to sleep!
Those are my six things, there are plenty more I could add to the list though! Any pup or kitty who wants to play, please go ahead.

Finally Friday

We nearly forgot to do a post today! Can you believe it? That's never happened to me before. Anyway, luckily Khyra shared this award with me (and the other SMS pups) today so we can talk about that. Phew. Thanks Khyra! Everyone who visits today should share this award, because you all make my heart smile.

More Other Things

Here are some more entries I received for the Happy Hearts competition. I really don't know how Zim and I arrived at our decision, they were all such good entries.

Dakota said: I think happy hearts cookies will help me to feel better everyday and help me put on a happy face to show just happy my heart really is.

Joey said: I think Happy Hearts cookies will help me to do better down stays, because I know a yummy cookie is waiting for me.

Zeke said: I think Happy Hearts cookies will help me to grow bigger. Actually, everything I eat seems to be making me grow bigger, but I think they will be yummy.

Very Special Award!

My very dear and floofy friend Ginger Jasper has shared this lovely award with me! He had his mum design it especially for all his blogging friends, because he has enjoyed joining the blogging world so much. Isn't that sweet?
Thankyou Ginger Jasper, and thank you to your mum for doing such a good job designing the award to your specifications.

You can click on the picture to make it bigger, then you can read it properly.

Brrrr

Today is the first day of Winter in Australia. So you know what that means. I have to focus on being toasty all the time. I'm waiting for dad to get the radiator heater out of the cupboard but until then, I'm staying toasty like this. It's pretty comfortable, I have to say. Of course, dad is not happy because this is his toasty couch blanket. He just sits next to me and asks me to move, but I don't.
