Tricked

I was running up the stairs and mum said "Huffle, Huffle!" and I turned around because I thought she maybe had some ham or some roast chicken for me.

But she didn't.

That wasn't very nice of her to play tricks on you like that.

Maybe its the difference between cats and dogs, but I would think she was just being friendly and all you cats think it was bad.

One of those puzzling things!

Stella

Our mothers always do such things ...

Thats a naughty mum Huffle!!

Don't fall for that one again, unless there is really ham and chicken. However, its very hard not to be tricked when theres food involved....

Just looking for a good pic, eh, Huffle? We got tricked in front of the tree today - she was waving a duck treat in our faces.

We cannot believe that your guests,on the weekend, did NOT bring you presents :o

That happens to us to. Are we having fun outside, and suddenly we are called. We think treats, but no, we get inside, the door is closed and photoguy leaves. There should be a law against that.

Mom's can be SO tricky!
I think you need to remind her of the story of the little boy who cried "Huffle!" and she won't mess with you any more.

We HATE when mom does that! Did you tell her she's fired?

CCL Wendy said...

That's mean of your mama! If you're going to have your name called, it should be for some reason or other -- and food is one of the best reasons of all.

Did you even get a pat?

Our beans do it all the time, especially mom. We will look now and then but sometimes we just ignore them.
