Simba asked me this question: where does your surname (Mawson) and Teddy's (Westlife) come from?
Well, my name is Huffle Mawson after Hufflepuff from Harry Potter, and Mawson the Antarctic explorer, because I am an explorer cat.
Teddy Westlife is named after Teddy Westside from How I Met Your Mother. Mum got the name slightly wrong but everyone thinks Westlife is better anyway, because they were a boy band and Teddy is enough trouble for five boys.

Tell Teddy, I'm the West Boy too..Tee..heh
Thanks for sharing that with us, Huffle! It's always nice to know more about our friends! :)
Your human's far more creative with names than mine is! Boodie had to TELL her what her name was!
Such fun to learn the details on your names. You both have such great names to say - they just roll off the tongue! Mom will have to go and learn some more about Mawson and Westside.
I love reading where kitty's names came from :-)
You are THE Explorer Cat!!!

MOL! Yes, the boyband was so appropriate! I thought it was intentional.

Well, thank Cod you don't have to share YOUR name with HIM.
Hey, I did not know your name came from Harry Potter! I like you even better now ;-) Even though I am more of a Slytherin kitteh myself.
I love both of your names. We're going to share where our names came from once Brulee comes to live with us.

Ha, I love the HIMYM reference! Good show.
We are very excited to know where your names have come from too. The mumster and my hooman sister love Westlife and have seen them live many times, so they think that is a brilliant surname :)xx
Ah yes. what a befitting name for a special cat.Now that word cat-- I think the word kitty is better, cause all of you are so special, but that will have to suffice. As for Master Teddy, well nough said cause he is one of a kind, good of course.
Hi Huffle:
We will go say hi to your pals!
Cheerio,
Stella
