Sometimes, I like to go to this corner of the deck and look for the kitten that was stuck in that gap a while back. But the kitten isn't there any more; I wonder if it got adopted to a nice family.

Huffle, that is a wonderful story from the past!! The fire trucks don't come here now for kitties like they used to years ago. When mom was growing up (a million years ago), everytime a kitty got stuck on a roof, her grandpa would call for help and they would come out and rescue the kitty. Mom thought it was so great. Do they still do that there now? If so, we are moving there!!! Lots of love, Holly and mom
I had no idea you were a TV star, Huffle! I wonder how that show turned out, and what happened with the kitten too. I am so glad the firemen were able to rescue him.

Wow, that is an amazing story! I think it's nice of you to check over there every now and then just to be sure. Phoebe and I found a cat in our yard once, stuck between our wall and our neighbor's fence. Mom recognized him as being the lost cat a neighbor had been posting signs about so she tried to get him out of there to return him home, and he bit her! That wasn't nice, but we were still glad that the kitty got home safe.
