Monday Musings
I am doing my best impression of a jungle panther here. Can you see me? I am in the back garden, waiting patiently for those annoying birds.
If you look carefully you can see me more clearly here. Actually from here I can reach a lot of those pesky bugs too.

Smelly Saturday
I was outside minding my own business when this flower jumped out and attacked me. I gave it a good sniff before deploying the smacky paw of doom and whapping it clear into next week.
I don't think it will mess with me again.

Thursday on the balcony
We had four spiders in the house last week so mum refused to open the door to my balcony for me, she says they come in the house from out there.
I say it's not fair and I should be allowed out on my balcony any time I please. What if the neighbours miss me? What if the kids are playing soccer and I have to referee? What if something happens and I don't get to see it?
No, this is not acceptable. LET ME OUT!

Helping on Tuesday
Um, no, I wasn't planning on eating that plant.
Why on earth would you think that?
I'm just checking for bugs.

Sunday Stuff
Sometimes, I like to go to this corner of the deck and look for the kitten that was stuck in that gap a while back. But the kitten isn't there any more; I wonder if it got adopted to a nice family.
If you haven't been reading my blog for a long time, you might want to go and check out the story here.

Finally Friday
I have just found out that in two weeks' time, my mum and dad are going away on holiday AGAIN and I am being abandoned AGAIN.
How could they desert me? If you would like to apply to be my new family, please email me your credentials, including your feelings about ham.

Monday Musings
It rained so much over the weekend that mum and dad considered building an ark! Also, we had thunderstorms on Saturday night which I do NOT like. I had to hide in my safe place, where the thunderstorms can't get me.
So today I am resting up and trying to find a nice patch of sunlight to take a nap it. Everything outside is very soggy so I won't be spending any time in the back yard for a day or two!

Saturday Chatter
Some of you mentioned a little while back that you would like to know what sort of new flashy beast is tormenting me. Here it is:
A Nikon D300S, and she has FIVE lenses for it, one of which is just as big as I am!
I think I'm starting to get a headache just thinking about this flashy beast.

Thursday on the balcony
Today at 11am, we pause to remember those we have lost in the battle of war, from World War 1, all the way to the war in Afghanistan now.

Finally Friday
Mum was out taking photos of me in the garden the other day. She said I was being difficult and could I please move, but I didn't want to.
This is where I was sitting:
And that is why the left side of this photo is a bit blown out. I was in the shade and because I am black, mum needs to reduce the shutter speed to let enough light in to take my photo. Which means the sunny bits are blindingly bright.
If your eyes have glazed over, I'm sorry, the pupparazzi made me say it.

Monday Report
Actually no, I don't think I will look at the camera. There's something more interesting over there.
And there's something good down here too.
