You would think that would be enough excitement for one morning. But somecat wasn't satisfied. He added one large dead mouse, and a pile of vomit, to the mix. Dad was so unimpressed. This was all discovered at 4am.

Me thinks Teddy and Gandalf are cyber twins. srsly. He caught SO many birds over at the other house... and brought them inot my bedroom! Ack! Makes me afraid for all of the birds here at the Swamp now that I've started letting them outside again. Oy.
Kozmo does that too! Daddy uses a super soaker on him when he catches him trying to catch birdies though. Me thinks the bomit was a great touch!

Now, wow, dude, well done. Zorro is forever catching and munching on fevvers (ahem!). Sam shows them around the house and they die of shock. And Zorro brings rats inside, too! Oh, that reminds us, we think there might be rats in our roof, wanna come hunting at our house, Teddy? :) Zorro and Sam will help and Bello will supervise.

Wow, that's pretty good!! I can't imagine it was fun to discover that at 4am, but Teddy has some serious hunting skills! Scarlett is pretty pathetic in that area: she won't go after anything. Very lame.

I think Teddy is a pawsome Mancat but in this instance, Huffle Mawson, I am with you. I think Teddy is a bit whacked in the head (no offense, Teddy). I only say that because my best friend Porgy is a Parrot, so I don't look kindly on birdies getting eaten by kitty-cats. I know that a cat's gotta do what a cat's gotta do, but I love birdies so boo Teddy! Now the mouse, that is another story...

I once stepped on a freshly dead mouse in our house -- not knowing it was there, of course. And I had bare feet, too. Ewwwwwwwww!
So I understand your dilemma. On the positive side, Teddy has great survival skills!

I feel so sorry for everybody involved here. Except the cat. Probably the way it should be.
Teddy, yikes! I think you should stick to hunting for your kitty toys and eating the proper diet mum serves you, rather than trying to be a hunter. You did create some excitement!
