I don't know who decided he could be Captain Teddy, but I don't approve. I mean, look at the expression on his face! I don't know any sane cat who would let him captain the ship.

Excellent photos! You look lovely in your Lady Huffle persona and you know Huff, as Admiral Huffle you could always make Captain Teddy walk the plank. The look on his face suggests he may not cope to well with swaying ships on water...or maybe it's heights?
