Earlier this week I posted about this cat in my house. Now I'll tell you why he was here.
His name is Koji, and he belongs to a friend of my dad's. He came over to visit me because our dads want us to be friends. That way, whenever either my mum and dad or Koji's mum and dad have to go away, I can go to their house or he can come to our house and stay.
I don't know if you can tell from that photo but my tail was all fluffy!

Sounds like a good plan. Good luck with that :)
So how'd it work out with Koji in the house with you?? Big puffy tail...not a good sign!
That's what Noggin and I do, but we're good buddies. Not sure if you two look like you're getting on so well!
We were more interested in your nice shiny floor. That must be great for THoE.
Hi, Huffle!
And your fluffy tail means??
Kisses and hugs
Lorenza
Just give it some time, Huffle, and you two could become the best of friends.
Woos, the OP Pack
It might be nice for you to have a friend, sweet Huffle. Mum always says it must be a bit lonely for a cat never to get to interact with his own kind.
If anyone in the whole world can make friends it's you, sweet Huffle. Maybe if you two met when Koji was out if his porter it would be easier. Maybe Koji felt trapped. He looks like a lovely fellow.
I must say, it does sound like a good plan. And it's not like he's going to move in and steal all of your mousies or anything.
Your tail looks VERY nice and fluffy!
Love,
Ammy
Hmm... how did all that work out?
A couple more visits and you will be good friends. How about outside in the garden? That would be a fun place to have a few toys and get to know the guy.
I'm glad you like my remodeled blog, Huffle!
Kisses,
Stella
Did you and Koji become friends once your tail de-fluffed and he turned off his laser eyes?
The Beaded Tail (must be that furry smart Sadie) asked my khwestion!
Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
PeeEssWoo: He would look good in your parsley pot!
Were you warning him that you are an honorary Sibe?
But they do have a good plan - it's nice to have someone to trade cat-sitting with.
Princess Eva
I hope you get to like each other. Pretty cool to have a buddy to have sleepovers with when the folks are away.
Uh, Koji doesn't look too sure about this either. We'll keep our paws crossed for the best.
Woos & a-roos,
Star & Jack a-roo
It is hard to first meet other kitties, but I hope you become friends. That reminds me of when I first met my sisters!!
I hope that plan works, because that would be a good move for your folks to be happy to leave you when they go away.. Hugs GJ x
More cats!!
You're messing with our brains! Huffle, you know that we LOVE to chase kitties and we have just recently purrfected our "NOT CHASE" attitudes with you. Now you introduce us to a new kitty??!!!
...C-A-T-S!!!!!!
MAXDOG (AND THE PACK) IN SOUTH AFRICA
Hmmmm, I am thinking you are not friends with him yet. Are you sure his name isn't Cujo?
Hmmm... so, other than that poofed tail, how did it go?
What a great idea
My that IS a big floofy tail! But maybe yoo can make friends ~ it's best to be cawshus at first.
I hope you two became buddies!
Looks like your were singing. Maybe you can do a duet some time.
You were just trying to be clear about whose house it was, right?
You do look very puffed up. Gotta show that OtherCat who is boss!

Pee Ess: Did I read somewhere on the internets that you got 3 new parsley pots??
You are braver than us. Mum and dad tried that with their friends cat, Neville. It did not go down well. That fat floofy pain in the butt was a little too sure of himself for our liking!
We would be fluffy tailed too!
I hope you get it worked out with Koji! I get a really HUGE tail when I'm excited. It probably doubles in width. :)
Hi Huffle, I can definitely see from your high flying tail that you were trying your very best to be hospitable to Koji....I hope you two become BFF very soon.
Madi and Mom
When Dixie D. Hiccup, Cassie's cat, comes over, she takes D'Artagnan's "house", too! And the floofy tail is actually her response if D'Ar tries to go in! Cats must feel more secure in small places...
Anyway, hey, Huffle! How's the fur flying? (Sorry, bad feline humor!)
he looks like he would be a good friend for you.
sometimes friends are good...try it!
Mewmie has a saying...Cats aren't like dogs, they don't like "Cat Parks". That being said, she does babysit a few Furrydance alumni and she has a routine she follows and it works out well. She gives the visitor the guest room, for a day or two so they get used to us cats smells. Then she lets us together supervised but still lets the visitor rest at night in the guest room. Usually by day 3, we are all friends. This might help for you, too. It's sort of like introducing a new cat into the house, since cats are so homed in on scent. Even the best of friends can huff and swat if one smells different, like when one of us goes to the vet...
Yes, but did you become friends??
I can definitely tell your tail was fluffy! I wouldn't like a strange cat or dog at my house either.
Kat
