My lovely friend Madi gave me this award on the weekend. It's the Oops I Ate It award and 'when accepting this award you must blog about the food you have stolen when your humans weren't watching. I have never really stolen any food but I do eat the new plants in the backyard and mum is not happy about that. My late brother poo-face Salvador was very bad though. One night mum and dad had some friends over and they were all in the backyard. Salvador got up on the coffee table and ate a whole chunk of cheese, lots of ham and half a pot of tzatziki dip. He was in big trouble for doing that.
Today I would like all the pups and kitties who have eaten something they shouldn't to share this award, and then share the stories on their own blogs. Make sure you tell me so I can come read them!

Dear Huffle,
My human was having people over for supper one time. She had put a stick of butter on the table for the bread. The door bell rang, she went to let in our guests and when they came back into the dining room I was on the table having a lick of butter. I love butter. It was a good thing our guests were cat people that time. My human shooed me off the table and removed the butter from the table.

Congrats on your award, Huffle. Of course, you don't steal food, you are a good kitty. But just be sure all those plants you are eating are kitty-safe. Maybe you can make a deal with Mum, find my parsley pot and I stop munching on the plants.

That's an award for being ummm...bad? Well, we have lots of foodfest stories, but our latest one was Disco stealing the bacon, not even sneaky-like and they didn't even yell at him but took a movie! Go figure...

Hey Huffle,
We have the photographic proof of Jubal with the remnants of the pumpkin pie he ate. Jack as eaten people cookies, whole loaves of bread and just about anything else left on a counter when mom and dad leave the kitchen unattended. Shelby Belle is also a champion counter surfer. Alex and Boru steal food off of mom's dinner plate when she's not looking. Actually, ever BH&K except maybe Jenny probably qualifies for this award. But she does also eat all mom's houseplants and whatever flowers dad gives her on special occassions.
Don't forget that tomorrow (Monday) is the unveiling of our Mystery Guest from last week with the explanations of the clues.

Congratulations on your award! Your such a good kitty! I can make my mom do this... but it will have to be about Monty! He is the only one who has stolen food here .... now! Though there was my sister who went to the bridge a couple of years ago. She used to steal food lots!
We are in awe of Salvador's cheek! That was a super effort.
I stole a whole plate of bacon once - it stayed in my bowl for three days until I ate it all.....

Hi Huffle...oh we did enjoy the story about Salvador eating all the party food...we do hope that he did NOT get sick. Mom and Dad owned a dachshund,Toto, way back when my human sister was a toddler. they tell the most amazing stories about him that make my climbing stories very lame in comparison.

We once stole a piece of fish from our dad's plate while he was eating it! And there was the pumpkin pie with a piece of crust missing and a rather deep footprint in the pumpkin....
After I'd been living with Mom for about a month, she had a party. She had snacks out on the table and everything looked good, so I jumped up on the table. Somehow, I ended up standing in the salsa. Mom made me take a bath in the sink. It was terrible.
