Slacking on Sunday

Last night, Charlie and Opy's mum and dad came for dinner. They are very good dinner guests; they remembered to bring me a present! I got a new mouse and some Temptations. Very tasty - thanks Charlie and Opy's mum and dad!

Anyway it was a late night last night, so we have been sleeping in today. I managed to escape out the garage door and lie on the front porch for a change. Mum caught me, took this photo, then shooed me back inside.

It was very nice of them to bring treats for you and not the other one.

I think it should become a custom that all guests should bring gifts to the cat.

Hey! We had dinner guests last night yet they brought us no gifts at all. What's up with that?

Just like parents, a little escape and they insist on you going back inside.

How cool that your friends send you presents via their Mom & Dad!!!!!Too bad, though, that your Mom spoiled your fun when you went out the garage door. It must not be as safe in that spot ;)
I guess you better go back to the parsley patch, heehee

Wasn't that so nice of them to bring presents for you? Hope you had fun with your brief escape to the outside but that expression on your face looks like you weren't too happy about being discovered.

Huffle,

What great house guests. It must be nice not to have to share with the dogs. Although Salvador sounds like he might get in the way from time to time. Good job sneaking out when no one was watching. It's a great attention seeking behavior!

Hi Huffle! Did you put lots of your furs all over Brooke and Greg for Opy and Charlie to sniff? I bet they are soooo jealous!

That is SO COOL that Opy and Charlie's parents came over! Did you let them pet you at all? I mean... they brought PRESENTS!
Cool picture.

You know, I'm not much of a fan of those temptation things. Have you tried the Friskies hairball remedy? I love those. Anyway, I'm glad they brought you something. You never can tell if parents of furry beasts have proper manners. They must have a feline in their past somewhere.
